Account Types & Posting Limits

To keep the platform fair and usable, we apply simple posting limits:

• • Agents: up to 20 property postings per month
• • Owners: up to 3 property postings per month

We require a valid contact number to publish listings. We may detect, store, and validate contact numbers to associate listings with your account, prevent spam and duplicates, and route leads correctly.

Payments & Billing

If you choose a paid plan, the monthly platform fee is ₹1800 for posting and visibility. We collect only the minimum billing details needed to process your payment and maintain records required by law.

Fees cover posting and visibility only. Once a service is activated, refunds are not offered unless required by law. See the Terms of Service for full payment and refund conditions.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep risks low.

Content Ownership

You own the property content you post. By posting, you grant us permission to display and distribute it on our platform. We may remove content at our discretion if it violates policies.
