1. Platform Role (Most Important)

FlatsCare.com is a property posting platform. We connect owners and agents who wish to publish property listings with people looking for homes. We do not participate in negotiations, site visits, payments, or agreements between users. We do not act as a broker and we do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.

2. Using the Platform

You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account, your listings, and your communications.

3. Accounts & Security

Keep your login details secure. Do not share your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, update your password and let us know.

4. Owner Posting

Owners can post properties directly. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of all details they publish. Fake or misleading posts will be removed, and access may be restricted.

5. Listings & Content

If you post a listing, you confirm that you have the right to post it and that the details are honest and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Photos, areas, pricing, and timelines should reflect the property as closely as possible. We may remove listings that are misleading, inappropriate, duplicated, or reported.

6. Agent Posting

Agents may be required to complete registration and verification before posting. Agents must publish genuine properties with truthful information. Leads are shared only for listings that are actually posted on the platform.

7. Prohibited Use

Do not post false information, spam, offensive content, or anything that violates law or someone’s rights. Do not interfere with the platform’s operation, attempt to access data you are not allowed to view, or use automated tools to scrape content.

8. Communications

When you contact someone via phone, WhatsApp, or email, you are using third‑party services. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their policies or outcomes.

9. Privacy

10. Intellectual Property

The FlatsCare name, design, and platform materials are protected. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content except as allowed by law or with prior permission.

11. No Responsibility & Lead Disclaimer

Property details are provided by owners, agents, or developers. Prices, availability, images, and timelines may change. We only share leads/contact requests; we do not guarantee conversions, sales, or rentals. Accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Always verify details before making decisions.

12. Liability

FlatsCare will not be liable for fraud, disputes, or losses arising from use of the platform, reliance on listing information, or transactions between users and advertisers.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify FlatsCare against claims related to your use of the platform, your listings, or your breach of these terms.

14. Termination & Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required by law. Reasons include: fake listings, duplicate postings, policy violations, misuse of leads, or other abusive activity. You may stop using the platform at any time.

15. Payment Disclaimer (if any paid service)

If you purchase a paid service, fees are for posting and visibility only. Once a service is activated, refunds are not offered unless required by law.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect improvements or legal requirements. If changes are significant, we will make a reasonable effort to highlight them. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
